Decent purchase, some minor issues

I bought a set of their Steak knives during a holiday sale. The price was fair for what I got. They feel pretty good and cut well, definitely an upgrade from my old ones. Shipping was free which was a plus. My only gripe is the packaging for the knives could have been a little more secure; one of the knife tips had poked through the inner wrapping slightly, though no actual damage was done to the knife itself. Customer service was fine when I asked about care instructions for the blades; quick response. Value is there, but a small improvement in packaging would make it perfect.

Consistently good products

This was my third order from Fable, this time I picked up some new Mugs and a Coffee Dripper. Just like my previous orders (dinner plates and then some serving bowls), the quality was consistent. The mugs are a good size and feel sturdy, and the coffee dripper works as expected. Everything arrived in good shape, took 5 days to reach Denver this time. They're reliable, which is why I keep coming back. No issues with tracking or anything; it just works.

Good quality, delivery took a bit

I ordered a full Dinnerware Set and a couple of Wine Glasses. The ordering process was pretty straightforward on their site. Everything arrived well-packed, no breakages which was a relief. The quality of the dinnerware feels really solid, heavy too, not flimsy at all. The wine glasses are nice, a good weight and feel good in hand. The only thing was delivery took 8 days to get to me in California, which felt a little long. I did use their chat support once to ask about tracking and they responded within an hour, so that was helpful. Overall, I'm happy with the actual products and how they look in my kitchen.
